We’re going to Peru and this will be the second edition of Nûna Moves and now we’re three.
We just finished the third edition of Wonderland Acro Play festival, which is a movement festival with mostly acroyoga and acrobatics, but also lots of yoga, dance and much more!
Wonderful visit from the Sacred Valley in Peru! Live painting and music in Copenhagen!
Nûna got a wonderful visit here in Copenhagen - an Australian traveller and acrobat, Raven Smith. We were so happy to host him and do a few workshops together.
We had the great honour and happiness of teaching 3 acroyoga classes at the 2017 edition of Om & Bass festival close to Oxford in the UK
We're so happy to be part of creating the Wonderland Acro Play festival for the second year in Italy!
We were so fortunate to be invited to teach two acroyoga-workshops at the Om & Bass yoga-festival in the very beautiful Oxford countryside. Photo: Chris Lowter
We just came back from an intense and really amazing experience at the Nordic Acroyoga Festival in Mundekulla, Southern Sweden.
Happy to share this video project on movement in the city that I've done with Jeppe Skovgaard from Copenhagen. It was a great pleasure and inspiration! He's an amazing mover with deep grounding in his practice, both physically and spiritually.
25 days in Salvador de Bahía, in Brazil to discover its beauties, to meet an old friend and learn, giving our contribution.
Kasper and I decided to do 8 months of travel, a break to go back to school; yes, I said 8 months of school. Finally, at 26 years old I can say it, travelling, I believe, is a type of school, without diplomas and bureaucracies.
Many people have asked us... where are you?! What are you doing now? How is your project going? Well, we're HAPPY! We've had some practical challenges - but so many beautiful experiences
Everything is just about believing in your dreams, make it happen and tell your story. "It was simply amazing seeing so many people coming to share with love the same passions, movement philosophy and getting inspired from each others."
Feeling at home in Peru, is something that I didn't really think of. As soon as we arrived, my wonderful cousin Jhimi came to pick us up at the airport and I felt lucky. I love this country, nothing to say. I just love its culture. Its mess, its tastes, its rhythms, its languages, its colors, its warmth and welcomingness.
In Chiapas we went to the main city of San Cristóbal de Las Casas. We had heard to much good about Chiapas and how the indigenous culture was really still thriving here. We heard the tales of magical Maya ruins deep in the jungle and we were really looking forward and it was hard to keep expectations down. But as it turned out, we were only impressed...
Oaxaca and its colors, tastes and music. A heartful friend, good tlayudas and Xmas Calendar. All a perfect setting for another round of Nûna Moves.
One things stands out clearly when you travel in Mexico. It's a land of colors - in many ways. Here's a selection of our favorite photos that express a small corner of this colorful culture
In Tulum we met the local acroyoga, Dani, who moved to here from Argentina to work. When talking with her about our project, she immediately wanted to support it and she went back and had a talk with the people who owns her workplace, the Azulik hotel. They liked the idea to make a free workshop and offered that we could use their huge and amazingly beautiful geodesic dome - build entirely in wood and with intricate patterns.
I tell now my experience until. I will try to do it with not too many words. Cuba was such a crazy and special experience and we decided to dedicate a video episode itself to tell what we experienced.
