What an incredible 3 days we had with these inspiring and brave children and their wonderful teachers - thank you Mac for inviting us, we'll never forget!

From our present to her - a photo shoot for promotion of her beautiful place - and a memory of a dear friend, who showed us openness and courage in life! Thank you!
Our place in Havana with Nieves and Alberto
We almost couldn't believe it when Alberto opened the door and greeted us with such enthusiasm and a huge smile - he's in his 70ies and with an unbelievable energy and appetite for life. Such an inspiration!
Our host and guide in Havana - with a knowledge and energy beyond what we could imagine. He showed us that it's possible to live with full vitality throughout our lives, being open and sharing always. Thank you!
Acroyoga workshop - Azulik, Tulum
This place was amazing - and they let us use it for free as a sacred space - and we shared our skills in acroyoga with a very diverse group of people - it all turned into an amazing evening at this magical place - thank you Dani and Azulik!
Happy to share this video project on movement in the city that I've done with Jeppe Skovgaard from Copenhagen. It was a great pleasure and inspiration! He's an amazing mover with deep grounding in his practice, both physically and spiritually.
Finally we can announce the Wonderland Acro Playfest officiel website and not least the opening of the ticket sale - it's a community acroyoga and yoga festival in Italy on the 9th to 11th of September and it's all created by volunteers from different cities, all full of enthusiasm and love for acroyoga and sharing!
Finally, we're back from our journey to India, full of ideas and enthusiasm about what is possible. Nûna has become real. We've opened up to the world and launched not only our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram, but are now happy and proud to open up the Nûna website. A place for creative collaboration, for spreading what we find beautiful, for new connections and possibilities.
Nûna was born in 2015 from a shared desire to create from the heart and spread what we find beautiful. Nûna is a new kind of lifestyle, a concept that combines creativity, green ideas and thoughts and the beauty of simplicity.
The name Nûna comes from the ancient South American language of Quechua and means soul, spirit, conciousness [S. alma; espíritu; conciencia; espiritu; ánimo]
